I absolutely adore my Bibo - can't imagine life without it. It's fantastic to have filtered water at my fingertips, and the taste is way better than what comes from the tap. Plus, having hot water ready to go is just awesome, especially when I'm whipping up something in the kitchen. On top of that, the customer service crew is always super helpful.

After giving a water machine from a different big brand a go, I can honestly say there's no contest. The Bibo machine is way easier to use, has a nicer design, and the biggest standout is definitely the customer support. The setup went smoothly, with a fantastic technician, and I faced zero issues. After many years of dependable use and a little refurb, when our BIBO finally kicked the bucket, we didn’t think twice about getting another one. The maintenance every six months, which includes changing filters (takes about 5 minutes) and descaling (might take around 30 minutes but needs to sit overnight to work well), isn’t too much hassle. In exchange, we enjoy instant hot water and refreshing chilled water. Our BIBO has become a must-have in our kitchen. The customer service team is among the finest we’ve dealt with. They pick up the phone quickly, and the staff are courteous, friendly, and generally know their stuff about the machines. We only faced a tricky technical problem once, and they quickly connected us to a tech who, with a similar vibe, had us sorted out in no time. We just moved houses, and BIBO made that part super easy. They provided packaging and clear disconnection steps, then the installation guy showed up at our new place the day after we moved (on a Sunday) and had everything set up in a flash. Bigger companies could really take notes from how BIBO treats their customers. I’d wholeheartedly recommend BIBO both as a product and as a business.

I've been using my Bibo for a few years now and I can totally vouch for it. This machine is cost-effective and super user-friendly. I ran into a little problem recently, and let me tell you, their response time was top-notch. From the moment I reported the issue to when the engineer came by, it was under 48 hours, even though the machine was functioning just fine. Always great service!

I picked BIBO since it’s a safer option for someone in a wheelchair to heat water compared to a traditional kettle, but honestly, I can’t imagine life without it for so many reasons! It’s sleek and compact, giving you boiling, hot, mixed, or chilled water, all purified twice and tasting fantastic. The service is dependable as well. Whether it’s coffee at home or chilled water in my bottle for a meeting or gym session, it’s super quick and easy. There’s no way I’d switch back to a kettle and tap, not even for cash!
